Because of higher 2026 operating costs, including increased landscaping, insurance, and legal expenses, the Farm at Creekside HOA's 2026 annual dues will increase to $125.00. This increase will help maintain adequate operating reserves and cover legal fees related to updating the remaining governing documents. Please mail the completed dues payment form and a check payable to either “FACHOA” or “THE FARM AT CREEKSIDE HOA” by December 31, 2026:

A $25.00 late fee will apply if payment is not received by the due date. Beginning February 1, 2027, an additional charge equal to 20% of the total amount due will apply.

You can pay your dues online at https://fachoa.corecommerce.com/pay. Complete the required fields and submit the form. The payment link will be available from September 21, 2026, through January 31, 2027.
