Your Neighborhood, Clearly Defined

The Farm at Creekside consists of 184 homes situated south of Pike Road and north of Plateau in south Longmont, Colorado. “The Farm” is bordered by Plateau Road on the south, Sunset on the east, the Watersong Community on the west (just east of Hover Road), and Creekside Drive/Pintail Drive to the north.

Architecture Review

This committee is responsible for reviewing and approving architectural plans submitted by homeowners.

Examples of items requiring review include (but are not limited to) house additions, external color changes, and landscaping changes.
